Role/Department
The EMEA HR Services Team Leader is responsible for the performance of the regional HR General Services team, instilling a culture of quality and service excellence. The team is the first point of contact for employee and manager queries, providing guidance and coaching on HR Policies and Programs and managing HR Data and processes. The team supports the administration of various Human Resource programs, services, and processes across the region.
The EMEA Team is responsible for HR operational and client service activities across 10 countries, including:
* Call Centre & Case Management
* Onboarding
* Offboarding
* Employee Movements
* Flexible Working
* Right to Work & Visa Monitoring
* Time & Labour Compliance
* Leave Administration
* Official Title Promotions
* Regulatory Role administration
* RFP & Reporting
* Maintaining partners' data throughout their lifecycle
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direction and leadership to foster teamwork, engagement, and development.
* Monitor and manage workloads and case queues for effective execution of responsibilities.
* Manage the team including interviewing, goal setting, performance evaluation, and coaching for development.
* Collaborate with the Global HR Services Leadership team to enhance service model efficiency.
* Work with HR Solutions and global HR Services Leadership on idea creation and process improvement.
* Ensure high-quality standards in timeliness, accuracy, and customer service; report performance against SLAs.
* Schedule staff to ensure appropriate coverage for team responsibilities.
* Analyze HR data to identify patterns and recommend service enhancements.
* Implement process improvements in collaboration with the Quality & Continuous Improvement team.
* Represent HR Services in cross-functional meetings and projects.
* Manage vendor relationships to ensure service agreement compliance.
Skills:
The successful candidate will benefit from having:

* HRIS application tools/system knowledge (e.g. Service Now, Workday)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good business judgment
