What's the role all about?
As our Ecommerce and Marketplace Manager, you'll:
Marketplace Management
* Lead marketplace strategy and execution for platforms such as eBay and B&Q.
* Act as the primary liaison with marketplace agencies managing Amazon UK and Ireland.
* Assess and onboard new marketplaces such as The Range and Wayfair.
* Help set and own Marketplace KPIs such as revenue growth and rankings.
* Work with internal teams to identify suitable products for online marketplaces.
* Optimise product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximise sales performance.
* Monitor and analyse marketplace performance, identifying areas for improvement.
* Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
* Oversee day-to-day catalogue management on Magento 2, focusing on product data accuracy and consistency.
* Manage facet options and structure to enhance user experience.
* Provide support for website updates, new product launches, and content changes.
* Lead and mentor a small team of Web Admin Executives.
* Support SEO initiatives to enhance content quality and visibility.
Promotions Lead
* Liaise with Marketing and Supply Chain teams to plan and execute ecommerce promotional campaigns.
* Ensure promotional assets align with brand requirements.
* Track and report on promotion performance, making data-driven recommendations.
Shopify Data Migration
* Lead the capture of product data business requirements for migration from Magento 2 to Shopify.
* Assist with the migration and testing of data.
* Support on-boarding and business readiness activities.
* Identify potential risks related to the migration.
What do we need from you?
We're looking for someone with:
* Proven experience in ecommerce and marketplace management.
* Strong understanding of Magento 2 and Shopify platforms.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What about the hours?
This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You'll have flexibility to choose your start time between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
