Key Responsibilities:
* Process purchase requisitions and maintain purchase orders.
* Ensure timely payment processing and liaise with the payments team.
* Source suppliers and handle quotation requests as needed.
* Assist with travel, accommodation, and hospitality arrangements.
* Manage visitor and candidate protocols, including inductions and work completion reports.
* Support HR administration, including recruitment tasks and employee access management.
* Maintain records for lockers, access badges, and time-tracking systems.
* Assist with facilities administration.
* Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and audit standards.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role or a business administration qualification.
* ERP system experience preferred.
* Strong background in purchasing and procurement is an advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Professional, confidential, and a team player.
