Job TitleReceptionistJob Description SummaryJob DescriptionReceptionist Ballsbridge, DublinWe are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team at one of our newest client sites in Dublin, Ballsbridge.As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional front-of-house services, providing a warm and professional welcome to both visitors and colleagues. Your role is vital to ensuring smooth operations and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.Key Responsibilities:Greet visitors and colleagues with a professional, friendly manner, ensuring they are signed in as per the property’s procedures.Escort clients to their hosts promptly and efficiently.Manage meeting room bookings via phone, email, or in-person requests, ensuring all details are recorded accurately.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Front of House area; report any issues promptly through the Help Desk system.Coordinate with the onsite catering team to ensure all requests are fulfilled accurately and on time.Ensure meeting rooms are well-stocked with necessary supplies (pens, paper, etc.) and prepared for meetings or events.Communicate any key visitors or events to the Facilities Manager in advance.Assist with the preparation of meeting rooms, ensuring all catering and refreshments are set up on time and the room is left tidy for the next session.Answer all internal and external calls promptly and professionally, transferring or forwarding as necessary.
