Client Onboarding Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to join our team as an Onboarding Account Manager in Dublin. As the first point of contact for new clients, you will drive engagement through training and support, positively impacting retention rates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service to new and existing clients
* Manage client onboarding during the first 48 days of their service agreement
* Conduct regular check-ins and product demonstrations to boost engagement
* Assist clients with account setup and provide system overviews
* Address and resolve any client service issues promptly
* Host group onboarding sessions and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements
Requirements
* Experience in customer service, particularly in an outbound, phone-based role
* Engaging personality, confident, bubbly, and conversational
* Excellent listening and communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
* Proactive and responsible with strong product knowledge

Salary Range: €30,000 - €34,000 (DOE)
