The Maintenance Systems Specialist will play a key role in supporting the technical aspects of engineering and maintenance activities. This includes overseeing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) change management, generating reports, managing CMMS data, document collection, technical writing, and data processing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and implement CMMS change requests.
* Generate reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance systems management across multiple departments.
* Upload spare parts data and Bills of Materials (BOM).
* Ensure compliance with change control procedures.
* Conduct accuracy reviews of equipment records and maintenance plans.
* Collect information, write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and manage their review and approval via the Documentation Management System.
* Develop training documents and manuals, collaborating with equipment owners, engineers, and vendors.
* Schedule and organize review meetings.
* Coordinate with Engineering Document Management and assist with maintaining the system.
* Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
* Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong data entry skills and attention to accuracy.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
* Proficient with standard software applications (MS Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint).
* Experience with SAP, Hexagon or EAMs or similar maintenance management software.
* Administrative experience in engineering, laboratory, or manufacturing environments.
* Technical writing skills.
* Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements in an engineering environment.
* Experience in reporting on maintenance management systems.
* Process improvement experience.
