Servisource, part of the Cpl Group, is seeking to appoint a Salesforce & System Administrator to join our existing Operations Team.
Salesforce & System Administrator will be required to work in a team environment and be involved in specific projects.
The ideal candidate with 2+ years of administrative experience in handling all aspects of CRM, case management, and platform maintenance. Contributes to Servisource by providing technical support and working on projects that continually improve the service offering. They will support a range of applications including Microsoft, Salesforce, and several systems from other vendors. Full training and support will be provided, and if the candidate is successful in this role over 1-3 years there will be further career opportunities in development, testing, cloud and infrastructure, DevOps, and agile project management.
Duties of the role include but are not limited to the following:
1. Understanding and documenting business and customer requirements, with constant delivery of software iterations
2. Develop alternative technical solutions; isolate problems and communicate technical solutions; provide support estimates.
3. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarising information with our own systems.
4. Practice quality service by following organization standards.
5. Creating and maintaining product standards documentation, application notes, training manuals, and knowledge base libraries.
6. Other responsibilities can include software testing, creating instructions, and diagnosing problems.
7. Attending & participating in Sprint Planning/Demo/Retrospective/Daily stand-ups
8. System integrations – planning/developing & supporting integrations.
9. Proficient in Form Builder, creating dashboards and reports for internal personnel.
10. Responds to technical inquiries via phone and email, working across the project team to obtain additional information or support, and managing internal stakeholders’ expectations.
11. Help identify opportunities for and drive Continuous Improvement activities.
Essential Role Requirements
12. Bachelor’s Degree
13. Ideally 2 + years' experience in a similar role
14. Be fully proficient in IT systems, particularly Salesforce.
15. Strong written and oral communication, and proficiency in the English Language
16. Ability to manage time is a large part of this role; therefore, is essential that applicants are proficient in managing their time successfully.
17. Excellent presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
18. This role with involve hybrid working so the potential candidate must be based near one of our Servisource offices in Ireland (Dundalk, Dublin, Galway, Cork, Limerick)
Desired Role Requirements
19. A good understanding of Power BI will be an added advantage.
20. Good understanding of Salesforce SOQL, SOSL, and security model experience in handling field creation requests, validation rule implementation, workflow implementation, new record types, and approval flows.
21. Good understanding of Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, AppExchange, and Salesforce Communities.
22. Experience in working through a stream of cases and ensuring turnaround times are met.
23. Good understanding of Salesforce SOQL, SOSL, and security model
24. Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
25. ADM Certified Salesforce administrator minimum -seat environment
