The Morgan McKinley team is seeking an ambitious and diligent individual to join our finance sector client based in Cork city. As a permanent Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting internal team members with various business-related tasks.

We are offering a competitive salary of €23,000-€24,000 per year and a standard working schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm in Cork City.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting internal departments with administration duties such as scanning, filing, and data entry.
* Inputting data onto internal databases with exceptional attention to detail.
* Assisting with inputting bank statements into correct folders.
* Accurately recording departmental financial statements on the systems.
* Answering calls and queries as needed.
* Providing ongoing ad-hoc administration support as required.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask.
* Previous experience in an office environment would be highly beneficial.
* Previous experience working with computers and internal databases is essential.
