Responsibilities:
1. Meet and greet all patients
2. Book patients over the phone
3. Assist patients with the completion of consent forms
4. Provide impeccable customer service
5. Use the Rose Clinics computer systems to update patient records
6. Liaise with management to prepare any necessary documentation
Experience:
1. A minimum of 1 year administrative experience
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Friendly, approachable, and pleasant manner with excellent phone etiquette
4. A systematic and organized approach to work
5. Ability to work as part of a team and independently
6. Accuracy and attention to detail
7. Competent skills in phone systems, computer skills, and IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €16.00-€18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
