Join us as a Senior Operations Manager - 48 You will have overall accountability for managing and coordinating end-to-end technical services, and operational partner performance for 48.
Reporting to a member of the Commercial Leadership Team (CLT), you'll manage a small team to help define and drive the 48 technical and Service Management strategy.
You will own critical relationships with 3rd party technical partners and internal technical, architectural and operational teams within 3 Ireland.
What else it involves You will create and own strategies and roadmaps for all 48 operational services, taking input from and providing input into business and technology strategies and roadmaps.You will forecast demand and plan any investment in your services, reporting on financial performance and performance against the KPIs and SLAs you have agreed with your stakeholders.You will be responsible for identifying the resources necessary to operate and develop your services; you will be accountable for your team's performance in running and improving those services.You will own the Service Management strategy ensuring all core capabilities are in place with service partners, leveraging the existing service relationship within 3 Ireland.You will develop, own and operate controls to assure the quality of the services you are accountable for, ensuring all core operational platforms and partners deliver stable and performant services to 48 and their customers.You will own the management of end-to-end services and operational partner performance in collaboration with IT Ops (service Review, Performance Reporting, Stability/capacity and SL Management).You will own Continuous Service Improvements and operational fixes for the services you manage leveraging partner and internal relationships.You will own the strategy and approach for incident & fault triage and how issues are identified and flow through from the Care team to Technical Partners.You will define accountabilities and own key relationships for additional services like Revenue Assurance, Fraud, and Payment services.The skills we're looking for Ability to work collaboratively and influence teams across propositions, products, trading, finance, and channel as well as senior stakeholders across the business.Experience working in a multi-technology partner environment directing management of critical services, technology platforms, and service integrations.Experience of providing support and guidance to others on delivering required services that meet quality standards.Experience of ITIL and other operational governance frameworks.Experience of interpreting data trends for use in reports to help guide choices.Experience of budget management, costing and managing financial tasks.Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates and insight.Benefits of Working at Three Flexible working with our new Hybrid model, our employees will enjoy more flexibility working from home and our Head Office in Dublin (3 days per week office based).Competitive salary, annual performance bonus & pension contribution.25 days holidays plus 2.5 company days Annual Leave buy or sell (buy or sell up to 5 days AL each year).Healthcare Insurance through our flexible benefits programme, Life assurance, phone & laptop, subsidized canteen.Access to learning & development tools such as Coursera.Free on-site parking.There's a lot more to us than meets the eye.
