Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Responsibilities:
* Oversee and supervise the installation of building systems for large-scale residential developments.
* Specify maintenance and operating procedures to ensure optimal system performance.
* Manage and forecast spend within allocated resources.
* Work closely with detailed diagrams, plans, and drawings to monitor building systems and processes.
* Liaise with professionals such as structural engineers, builders, surveyors, and in-house project teams.
* Attend project and technical meetings to ensure design and maintenance meet legislative and health and safety requirements.
Requirements:
* Relevant Building Services/Mechanical Engineering degree or trade qualification.
* Minimum 2-3 years experience working in a relevant industry in a Project Management position.
* Strong problem-solving ability and practical solution generation.
* Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
* Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland and ability to take up a full-time position in the coming weeks.
Key Skills:
* Convert written and verbal directions into 2D/3D drawings.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
