Top Security is seeking an experienced full-time Payroll/Accounts Payable Administrator to join our dynamic team at our busy head office in Dublin 24.
This is an onsite position offering the convenience of onsite parking.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the weekly payroll for 200+ staff, including starters and leavers.
Handle all payroll aspects such as ROS returns, weekly and month-end reconciliations, and employee payroll queries.
Process accounts payable invoices and reconcile supplier statements.
Perform daily bank reconciliations and support ad-hoc reporting tasks as required.
Requirements: 2+ years experience in payroll processing.
Minimum of 1 years experience in accounts payable.
Proficiency in Sage Payroll and strong IT skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of Irish payroll and legislation.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong attention to detail and high numerical accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
