In this role, you'll oversee a dynamic team responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers. You'll be hands-on in driving process improvements, managing employment agreements, coordinating new hire background checks, and overseeing the entire offer-to-join workflow.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a global team of operational specialists, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of growth and development.Oversee the creation and distribution of offer agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Ensure the pre-boarding process runs smoothly, preparing new hires for their first day.Evaluate and improve the entire process—from offer letter to onboarding—working with HR, legal, and other internal teams.Work closely with regional HR, legal, and recruiting teams to maintain alignment with global processes while respecting regional regulations.Monitor key data points (offer acceptance rates, background check timelines, onboarding efficiency, candidate satisfaction surveys) to enhance recruitment processes.Ensure all employment documentation is accurate and compliant with global and regional laws.Deliver a smooth, transparent, and positive experience for candidates from offer to day one.Required Experience/SkillsExperience in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations, managing offer processes, background checks, and onboarding for global teams.Team leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and manage an operational team.Expertise in designing, implementing, and improving operational processes focused on efficiency and compliance.Familiarity with global employment regulations and best practices.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Ability to identify bottlenecks in the operational process and propose creative solutions.What Diligent Offers YouCreativity is ingrained in our culture.
