Our client, a fast-growing and dynamic law firm located in Dublin, is seeking an experienced Part-Time Receptionist to join their team. The role will be based on Thursdays and Fridays, offering a flexible and rewarding opportunity for someone with a strong background in a busy legal or professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
Schedule appointments and manage the firm's calendar.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain and organise reception and office areas.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
Provide general support to the legal team as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a busy law firm or professional services environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with office software and telephone systems.
Professional, friendly, and approachable manner.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
