Position: Support Analyst
Experience: 6-8 years
The Managed Services team is looking for a Support Analyst with BA experience. The candidate is accountable for providing production support to the Trade Innovation App. Knowledge of Trade Finance is mandatory. Experience in Trade Innovation is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform post-implementation verification and provide support, including weekends.
2. Monitor Trade Innovation Support for issues, triage issues with users, analyze the issues, and provide feedback to the vendor.
3. Work closely with developers to investigate and resolve issues.
4. Work under strict SLAs defined by the team.
5. Collaborate with the team and business partners.
6. Possess a deep understanding and problem-solving ability for various complexities.
7. Create documentation to ensure the supportability of analysis, including FAQs and support documentation.
8. Support SIT testing and UAT for any issues.
Must Have Experience:
1. Preferably worked in Trade Innovation as a BA.
2. Knowledge of Agile methodology and Scrum ceremonies.
3. Ensure all sign-offs are obtained for promotion to production.
4. Perform post-implementation checks.
