Our FSO People Advisory Services professionals assist our clients in successfully defining, implementing, and sustaining their people agenda. Your Key Responsibilities:
* We provide our Financial Services clients with integrated services and offerings to support and inform their people needs.
* Our work is varied and challenging; from creating an organization design that determines effective solutions to embedding cultural and behavioral change across an organization.
* We manage communications and stakeholders, plan and implement change journeys, and offer insights into the HR structures, practices, and policies required to support the organization.
We have a number of exciting, client-facing roles (Senior Consultant, Manager, Senior Manager, Director) for individuals with demonstrable consulting experience in the following areas:
* Operational Model and Organizational Design
* Future of Work
* Change Experience
* Training and Learning Services
* Talent and Leadership
* Culture
* Communications
* HR Transformation
* Mergers & Acquisitions
To qualify for the role, you must have:
* Degree qualified with relevant people advisory professional experience; preferably with prior consulting experience in a client-facing role on large or complex transformation programmes in/for a Financial Services Organisation (e.g., banking, insurance, funds, capital markets, payment processors).
* Professionalism, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise.
* Ability to influence clients and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions.
* Pragmatic and resilient approach to solving issues and focused on achieving results.
* Ability to analyze complex problems and deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions.
* Experience in the full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation.
For Manager positions, a minimum of 2 years managerial experience is required, along with demonstrable experience structuring and managing projects or programmes of work that meet client expectations and mitigate risks or issues.
