Sales Manager / Hazardous Lighting Solutions Our client is a very successful, well established hazardous lighting solutions company. They are now seeking a Product Sales Manager who will be an integral part of their commercial operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic Irish business. The successful candidate will be offered an excellent remuneration package. The Role: External point of contact for existing key account sites for all ongoing daily work and projects sales Responsible for developing business relationships on existing sites which includes End User Agreements. To be responsible for the full sales cycle from quotation to final sale. To work closely with Client Engineering Lead and/or onsite Contractors to promote/specify our product range within their projects. Conduct site surveys with the view of upgrading lighting and emergency lighting systems and Ex equipment. Dealing with customer technical and commercial queries & resolving any issues. Product presentations and training on products and solutions within the companys portfolio of products. Liaise with suppliers on technical and commercial issues. Work on complex quotations using supplier quotations or supplier price lists Develop and maintain a clear understanding of all the functions in the business from sales, stockholding to logistics. Continuously keep updated on product knowledge and new developments within the Hazardous area market for Lighting and Equipment. Develop a strong working knowledge of CAP (Certified Assembly Partner Programme) under the following headings: - Directives - Procedures - Product Portfolio Understanding of CEAG Calculation Programme for EX Terminal Boxes and Control stations. Achieve specific turnover targets in terms of Turnover and Margin for all EX Sales. Achieve certain specified individual targets for Key Accounts. Develop market knowledge for custom built EX Systems. The Candidate: Strong existing customer relationships, with a proven track record. Industry experience essential. Energetic team player who enjoys working on multiple projects with deadlines. A highly motivated and ambitious individual looking to build their career in a growing company. Capable of working on own initiative and proactively as part of a team. High level of attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills. Ability and willingness to travel Full, clean drivers licence.
