Maintenance engineer

Excellent Package available depending on experience. €50,000 - €60,000 + 1.5 overtime
Day shift (flexible start time)
The Role:
Responsible for all maintenance of buildings and ensuring machinery runs to their maximum efficiency and output. This includes preventative maintenance, managing breakdowns of mechanical and electrical equipment.
Duties include:
Basic Electrical and mechanical fault finding on all machinery.
Ensure effective maintenance of all equipment and production lines.
Develop maintain and implement planned maintenance schedules and routines for all equipment.
Ensure all plant and equipment is operationally safe and complies with the relevant legislation.
Ensure all health and safety policies and procedures are complied with in accordance with the company requirements.
Analysis and reporting of Maintenance Management System in line with continuous improvement philosophy.
Assists with the organisation, inventory and housekeeping of maintenance stores and workshop.
Proactively ordering maintenance spares as and when required
All other engineering duties as and when required.
The Person:
2 years recent maintenance experience
Detailed knowledge of manufacturing equipment, and of safety requirements in the maintenance and repair of the machinery
Evidence of having applied a structured problem-solving approach.
The Package:
Excellent package around €50,000 - €60,000 available depending on experience.
Overtime opportunities - 1.5
