We are seeking a Content Reviewer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in one of the following languages: Albanian, Arabic, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Hebrew, Hungarian, Indonesian, Lithuanian, Maghreb, Norwegian, Persian, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Spanish (Mexican), Swedish, or Thai.
Main Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve reported issues via our ticketing system, including account support requests and potentially abusive content.
* Enforce clients' Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse on our site.
* Become knowledgeable about our products and community standards.
* Use market-specific knowledge to find scalable solutions for our community of users.
* Gather, analyze, and utilize data to improve the user experience.
* Recognize trends and patterns, escalating issues outside company policy to the global team.
* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.

Language Skills:

Contract Details:
* Full-time, permanent position.
* Base salary: €29,700 per year.
* Evening shift bonus: 25% Salary uplift for late hours from 10pm to 2am (around €33,000 per year).
* Travel allowance: €12 per day (before tax).
* Performance-based bonus: 10% paid quarterly.

Working Hours:
Candidates choose between Day shift (9am – 5:30pm) or Evening shift (6pm – 2am). No rotations. Monday to Friday, occasionally weekends and bank holidays.
