Job Title: QA and Service Administrator
This is an exciting opportunity to join our service team and support key products and services in identified projects.
Responsibilities:
* Involvement in all aspects of the Customer Service process
* Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and orders
* Ensure timely acknowledgement and proactive management of customer queries
* Process quotations, orders, and supplier purchase orders
* Work closely with Order Management in expediting orders
* Schedule repair works orders with the Valve Repair Department based on customer priorities
* Develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing and new customers and supply chain
* Engage with internal departments as required
* Generate internal reports for management as needed
* Perform ad-hoc duties as necessary
Requirements:
