The Role:
This is a proactive inside sales role focused on generating leads and handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person at the trade desk.
You'll manage the full sales process, support customers, and spot opportunities to upsell — no prior lifting equipment knowledge needed.
Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.Generate and nurture sales leads.Handle inbound enquiries and provide product info.Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales.Upsell and cross-sell where possible.Provide order updates and manage expectations.Liaise with the workshop to ensure timely dispatch.Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.Requirements: Degree in Engineering or Business.3+ years in inside sales, sales development, or customer service (related industry preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-focused with strong organisational skills.Self-motivated and able to work independently.Benefits: €35,000 base salary + €10,000 performance bonus20 days holidayProfessional development opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative team environmentINDHPF
