Rewards Advisory Director
We are currently growing our Irish Talent Practice team and are looking to hire a Rewards Advisory Director to join our lively practice based in Dublin. The Talent Practice team is part of the wider Human Capital practice.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from the Dublin office.
Aon is in the business of better decisions
At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world. As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.
About the Talent Practice
Our Talent practice combines market data, powerful tools, and advisory expertise. 4 areas are included in the Talent Practice at Aon: Assessment, Rewards, Advisory, and People Analytics. We help our clients to find and keep the right people, pay them appropriately and ensure they have the attitude and ability to do the job well now and grow with the company in the future.
We partner with our clients and support them in developing new talent & reward approaches tailored to their particular business and its unique operating model and culture. Our main service areas focus on total reward strategies, employee value proposition design (EVP), future skills definition, culture alignment, job architecture and levelling, and design of all of the individual components of the reward package including base pay, annual incentive plans, sales incentives, and performance management.
We provide invaluable advice to companies during some of the most exciting and crucial moments in their growth and evolution – including during carve-outs and M&A scenarios where we help them to create, align and integrate talent & reward processes in a way that supports the aspirations of the new business.
This is a commercially focused role with direct client and prospect interaction and at this level, individuals would be expected to be involved in business development, closing deals as well as successful management and delivery of projects.
