As an Operational Technology Site Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting and maintaining cutting-edge technology systems across multiple sites. Your work will ensure the availability, security, and efficiency of site-level systems, networks, and applications that are critical to operations. You'll collaborate with other support teams, manage relationships with external partners, and contribute to improving processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure the high availability and functionality of site IT-OT systems to meet business needs.
2. Support system patching, upgrades, and changes to maintain security and stability.
3. Build strong partnerships with local authorities, supply chains, and user communities.
4. Manage site-level cybersecurity systems and monitoring.
5. Provide day-to-day support for system incidents and technical issues.
6. Assist in the implementation of strategic projects, including telemetry systems.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiencies and share best practices.
8. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with organisational policies and cybersecurity standards.
About You
The ideal candidate is a motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in operational technology (OT) or IT systems within a fast-paced, security-focused environment. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build effective partnerships across teams and stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Experience in a technical operational role within a 24x7 environment is desirable.
2. Strong knowledge of IT-OT systems, cybersecurity standards (e.g., NIST, CIS Hardening, IEC 62443), and network maintenance.
3. A relevant qualification in Information Systems, Technology Management, Engineering, or similar is a plus.
4. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in OT, IT, or Control and Automation (utilities or similar industries preferred).
5. Full, clean driving license.
6. Strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills.
Salary
€48,653 - €72,979 (depending on experience) & a suite of benefits.
