We are currently looking for an experienced Guest Relations Manager to join our team in the Kilkenny area.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Greet guests and familiarize them with the hotel's amenities.
2. Anticipate guests' needs and resolve their issues.
3. Research dining and entertainment recommendations, making reservations as needed.
4. Provide directions and information about local points of interest.
5. Ensure rooms and common areas meet high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage staffing, payroll, and attendance.
2. Coordinate events for guests.
3. Oversee household staff.
4. Organize household schedules.
5. Work with the team to promote a friendly, secure, and professional work environment.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in the hospitality industry is essential.
