We are recruiting for a high-profile aircraft leasing client who has a requirement for an HR Administrator in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
1. Resolve and respond to employee queries - payroll, benefits, leave entitlements, HR systems, HR policies.
2. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
3. Manage monthly payroll.
4. Manage employee benefits administration and ad-hoc admin tasks.
5. Produce PowerPoint, Excel, and IT analytics presentations.
6. Maintain HR policies and Employee Handbook up to date in line with employment law.
7. Support on bonus planning, budgets, and process improvement.
Requirements:
1. At least 2 years of experience in an HR Administration position.
2. Relevant third-level qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.
3. Experience in HR in a corporate environment.
