KNOW THE ROLE
As Concession Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our new store, leading a team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and profitability.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Leading and developing your team – fostering a high-performance culture, motivating and coaching individuals to achieve their best.
2. Delivering outstanding customer service – ensuring every customer interaction reflects our brand values.
3. Driving sales and KPIs – maximising store performance through strong commercial awareness.
4. Managing operations – overseeing stock security, cash handling, and administration.
5. Visual merchandising – executing high standards for window and in-store displays.
6. Recruitment and training – hiring the best talent and supporting their ongoing development.
KNOW WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone who:
1. Has at least two years’ experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
2. Is passionate about fashion and customer service, with a keen eye for detail.
3. Thrives in a leadership role, inspiring and motivating a team.
4. Is highly organised, proactive, and commercially aware.
5. Brings strong communication skills, resilience, and a positive attitude.
