The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement strategies, and the ability to execute campaigns that align with business goals. You will play a key role in crafting and implementing social media strategies to grow our brand, drive customer engagement, and generate measurable results.

Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development & Execution
1. Conceptualize and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Manage the social team’s content calendars to ensure timely and consistent engagement across multiple platforms.
3. Identify and execute strategies to maximise opportunities and increase visibility online and offline for company brands.
2. Content Creation & Curation
1. Collaborate with content, management and marketing teams to plan and implement on-brand content strategies.
2. Stay ahead of trends to create timely and engaging content.
3. Oversee the team's scheduling, publishing, and monitoring of social media posts across both brands.
3. Community Management
1. Engage with followers' inquiries ensuring professional, timely responses and appointment booking.
2. Monitor brand mentions and conversations to identify opportunities for engagement.
3. Manage and moderate user-generated content in line with community guidelines.
4. Analytics & Reporting
1. Conduct regular performance analysis to refine campaign strategies and maximize ROI.
2. Track and report on social media performance metrics using Google Analytics, SEMRush, and native platform insights.
3. Analyze CRM/Sales data to accurately report campaign performance & ROI.
4. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing campaign performance across platforms.
5. Ensure implemented strategies align with KPIs and measure progress toward achieving them.
Key Requirements
1. Proficient in using all Social Media Ad Centres essential.
2. Experience in a similar Digital Marketing Management based role.
3. Experience using Photoshop/Canva or alternative a plus.
4. Up-to-date with social media platform changes, releases & trends.
5. Experience working in a financial services brokerage or creating campaigns for a similar industry an advantage.
