Job Description
A clients accounts administrator is required on a 11 month fixed term contract basis to join our team in Kildare.
Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service to all account holders, handling queries and issues online, in person and via phone.
* Distribution of prizemoney and processing cash and journal receipts to accounts daily.
* Payment of Third-Party Invoices on behalf of clients via banking online.
* Assist the team with the development of the Racing Administration System - RS.
* Update client account records and general account administration.
* Credit control processes for overdue accounts and quarterly output of Forfeit List.
* Process non-payers foal levy and liaise with industry services department.
* Liaise with other industry related bodies.
* Undertake bank reconciliations as required.
* Weekly audit of all journals.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years experience in a similar client facing role.
* Experience in contact centres/customer service or accounts administration advantageous.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service/relationship building skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
