Job Description
As a Sales Advisor at LKQ Euro Car Parts, you will be the face of our business, building relationships with customers and providing exceptional service.
This 20-hour role involves handling customer interactions over the counter and directing them to suitable products. You will have the opportunity to showcase how our customers are at the heart of everything we do and help build trust and loyalty for LKQ Euro Car Parts.
Key Responsibilities
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers both face-to-face and over the phone.
* Supporting customers in purchasing products, equipment, and services.
* Collaborating with other branch areas to ensure customer needs are met.
* Working with teams across the business to understand our products and stay ahead of customer needs.
* Assisting with upselling new company initiatives and promotions.
* Analyzing customer returns and implementing strategies to reduce return rates.
* Sharing ideas and suggestions for improvement.
Skills and Experience

* Previous sales experience is not essential, as we provide support and guidance throughout your time with LKQ Euro Car Parts.
