Position Overview
As a Sales Support & Lead Generation Executive, you will identify, engage, and nurture potential clients, specifically CHROs within our ideal client profile (ICP).
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct targeted research to identify new CHRO prospects within our ICP.
2. Utilise tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, and HubSpot to track job changes and new opportunities.
4. Schedule introductory and follow-up meetings between CHROs and Senovis team.
5. E nsure meetings are well-prepared by providing relevant research, insights, and supporting materials.
6. Take ownership of post-meeting actions, ensuring timely follow-ups and next steps.
7. Develop relationships with CHROs' Executive Assistants (EAs) or Personal Assistants (PAs) to facilitate warm introductions.
8. Maintain detailed records of interactions with CHROs and their assistants in the CRM.
9. Provide on-the-day event support, addressing logistical or administrative issues.
10. Conduct post-event follow-ups to nurture relationships and drive engagement.
11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in HubSpot.
12. Identify gaps or inefficiencies in the prospecting and sales process, proposing improvements where required.
Professional Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
Qualifications
Ideally a qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience
2-5 years in sales support, business development, lead generation, or sales operations, ideally within B2B sales, HR technology, professional services, or consulting.
Skills
- Effective communication skills including telephone skills.
