Service Manager (Person in Charge)
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective provision and operation of services and supports to adults and children in a specified designated centre. This will involve managing and monitoring annual budgets, including staffing and all aspects of expenditure within the designated centre.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of staff providing high-quality support services to individuals with intellectual disability, mental ill health, autism, learning disabilities, and dementia.
• Manage and monitor the annual budgets, including staffing and all aspects of expenditure within the designated centre, operating within approved budgets.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and effectiveness, aligning with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and supports across multiple sites and teams.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• Level 7 or 8 qualification in Applied Social Studies or a relevant field.
• Level 6 qualification in Management or a related area.
• At least 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in health or social care.
• Full driving licence and access to own transport.
