R95 RH97 Receptionist/Administrator (Full-Time Position) Kilkenny Education Support Centre is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time, onsite role supporting the day-to-day running of the Centre and its programmes. Position Overview Hours of Work: 35 hours per week. Place of Work: Onsite in Kilkenny Education Support Centre (Eircode: R95RH97) Contract type: Full-Time Position As a Receptionist/Administrator at Kilkenny Education Centre, you will ensure the smooth administration of our office and provide a warm welcome to clients and guests. Salary:Dependent on experience and in line with ETB Administrative Staff Pay Scale (Grade III) Key Responsibilities:Provide efficient and proactive administrative support across the Centres activities Manage reception: answering calls, emails, and welcoming visitors in a friendly, professional manner Update and maintain the Centres website and social media channels Coordinate room bookings and assist with event planning and logistics for courses, meetings, and professional development programmes for teachers. Liaise with colleagues, schools, and external organisations to support programme delivery Skills and Experience: Professional and Personable: Friendly and approachable manner, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organisational Skills: Highly organised, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Digital Literacy: Proficient in maintaining websites and managing social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram). IT Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience using design tools such as Canva or CorelDRAW.
