Job Description:
We are seeking an individual to lead our Quality, Health & Safety, and Environment functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide informed QSHE advice to all managers and staff on associated legislation, best practices, and defined standards.
* Ensure compliance with Company Health & Safety Statement, Policies, and Environmental Management System Manual & Policies.
* Manage day-to-day systems integrity and compliance by problem-solving, auditing, training, and updating documents and records.
* Oversee SOP procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
* Identify and investigate Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental issues/incidents and drive corrective and preventive actions.
* Log and track internal accident investigations and work with the management team to improve controls and compliance.
* Support Managers and staff in maintaining QHSE systems of work and integration of controls across core operations.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental legislation, and carry out audits to evaluate QSHE systems and procedures.
* Drive Continuous Improvement processes to enhance effective processes and procedures.
Requirements:
* Rlevant QHSE qualifications and at least 5+ years of experience, preferably with a focus on Quality aspects.
* Familiarity with ISO Certifications and comfort in supporting and developing the company's QHSE systems.
* Familiarity with QSHE standards, relevant legislation, and compliance requirements.
