Key Tasks:
* Reception duties and cover
* Ensure visitors are dealt with in a hospitable, courteous and professional manner
* Answer and redirect incoming calls and email messages to unavailable team members
* Invoice logging
* Tenancy Agreement preparation
* RTB registration
* Utility transfers
* Rent reviews
* Maintain and actively work on the office filing system
* Postal runs
* Key cutting
* Cover leave and absences
* Carry out any other reasonable tasks as and when required by management
* Scheduling diaries
* General admin duties and office support
* Occasional property inspections/visits
Skills:
* Customer Service Skills - Excellent communication and organisational skills with an ability to remain calm under pressure
* Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment is an advantage
* Excellent phone manner
* Strong attention to detail
* Adaptable, reliable & willing to take on a range of responsibilities
* Able to work well in a team environment
* Self-motivated and resourceful
* Strong PC and MS Office skills
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €28,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 22.5 – 37 per week
