Morgan McKinley are seeking an experienced Project Engineer is required to support a series of capital equipment upgrades within tablet manufacturing operations (e.g., compression, coating systems). This role involves managing full project lifecycle activities, from early-stage feasibility through to commissioning and validation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead CAPEX projects from concept to closeout
- Conduct feasibility studies and support business case development
- Oversee design, procurement, installation, and qualification phases
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and liaise with stakeholders
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and report on progress
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards
- Manage change controls and validation documentation
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 8+ years in project engineering, ideally in a GMP-regulated environment
- Proven experience managing full-lifecycle CAPEX projects
- Familiarity with change control systems and validation protocols
- Strong knowledge of cGMP and safety regulations
