About The Account Executive - Viasat
MarketStar is seeking an Account Executive (AE) to join us in our Dublin location representing Viasat Ads. In this role, you will work with clients to proactively manage partnerships, ensuring that contacts are satisfied and that their business objectives are met using Viasat’s in-flight digital advertising capabilities. Viasat Ads is a leading name in in-flight advertising, and you will be part of the team driving its success! As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from lead to close, working with all businesses. AEs draw daily on both their skills in managing client relationships and utilizing the data provided to make strategic and thoughtful decisions. The right candidate will be instrumental in providing value both to Viasat and to the clients they support.

What Will You Do?
* Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing agency clients.
* Conduct thorough needs analysis and present tailored solutions to clients.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
* Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
* Follow best practices for setting up campaigns, including recommended flight durations, budget allocations, and creative strategies.
* Adhere to advertising policies and guidelines, especially when working with sensitive verticals. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
What Will You Need to Succeed?
* Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
* Strong results orientation with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Exceptional client relationship management skills.
* Proficiency in sales skills and the ability to persuade and influence clients.
* Basic understanding of technology and familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
* High level of motivation and a proactive approach to work.
* Native Spanish speaker.

The pay for this position is basic salary per annum of €48,000 with an additional variable bonus component of €10,000. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
