Unijobs on behalf of our public sector client have a requirement for an ICT PM / Senior Analyst - Business to join their team. The duration of this post is 9 months initially with likely extensions thereafter. This role will be based in Limerick, Hybrid working will apply. Working 35 hours per week, the successful candidate will be employed as an agency employee and will be paid an hourly rate of €43.72 per hour based on an annualised salary of €79,847. You will accrue 30 days annual leave per year and paid Bank Holidays. Professional/Technical On behalf of the nominated manager, lead the design and development of Operational and Corporate Systems. Engage with stakeholders in relation to digital initiatives and providing implementation services for new developments. Ensure that ICT infrastructure and applications are assessed at appropriate intervals to plan renewal and replacement. Translate functional specifications and business requirements into architectural designs. Create and maintain project and service documentation. Analyse current business practices, processes, and procedures to identify future opportunities. Contribute to governance, standards and best practise within the organisation. Work in a team to drive innovation, which will translate into improved quality of care, clinical outcomes, reduced costs, efficiencies and process improvements. Ensuring security standards are embedded into all operational processes. Supplier Management & Compliance Lead the supplier change management process for existing Operational and Corporate Systems. Assist in the management of software licenses, reviewing and managing IT resource volume and expenditure purchase agreements. Proactively review supplier performance against agreed targets, manage and develop key supplier relationships. Monitor 3rd party compliance with SLAs. Manage Internal and External Hardware Audits across the organisation as required by regulatory and contractual demands. Communications and Relationships Foster effective and supportive relationships within the organisation and with external stakeholders to enable delivery of agreed outcomes. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple partner organisations, understanding and sympathising with individual's perspective, identifying common ground and working together towards shared goals. Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide specialist analytical advice and insight to inform decisions making and service transformation. Be credible and foster effective and supportive relationships with Senior Managers to enable delivery of agreed outcomes and compliance with new standards and ways of working. Skills, competencies and/or knowledge Professional Knowledge & Experience Experience of structured change standards and project methodologies. Knowledge and experience of service improvement programme and change management as it relates to this role. Knowledge and experience of ICT projects e.g., change management, business analysis, process flows, application development, planning and implementation, end user support and liaising with ICT vendors and national groups. Knowledge & understanding of patient-based systems in a health or social care environment. Knowledge and experience in working within a multidisciplinary team and ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Knowledge & experience of the software development lifecycle and the implementation of major administrative or clinical systems. Knowledge of ICT Server, Networking and Telecommunications Infrastructure. Experience of building and maintaining relationships with vendors, resellers and suppliers. Knowledge and experience in designing and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity solutions. Experience of providing business and technical support and issue resolution to multidisciplinary teams Knowledge of ICT Cyber Security standards and infrastructure service continuity. Planning & Organising and Delivery of Results Ability to successfully manage a range of different projects and work activities concurrently, utilising computer technology effectively and assigning work to others as appropriate to meet strict deadlines. Ability to proactively identify areas for improvement and to develop practical solutions for their implementation. Ability to embrace change and adapt local work practices accordingly by finding practical ways to make policies work, ensuring the team knows how to action changes. Ability to use resources effectively, challenging processes to improve efficiencies where appropriate.
