Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial administration support, preparing accounts and reports, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of all tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with managerial staff, colleagues, and clients to ensure effective communication and coordination.
* Undertake financial administration, including monitoring transactions, bookkeeping, and maintaining accurate records.
* Prepare accounts, reports, budgets, commentaries, and financial statements to ensure compliance and transparency.
* Process requisitions and prepare purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner.
* Prepare VAT returns and perform other accountancy-related tasks as required.
* Prepare some payroll for clients, working closely with them to meet their needs.
* Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all financial work.
Requirements:
* Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
* At least 2 years' experience in an accounts-based position, with a strong background in Sage and Microsoft Office software.
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Effective corporate communications skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Ability to consistently deliver high-quality results and maintain accurate records.
* Salary is open to negotiation, dependent on qualifications and experience.
