Site Manager
Blackfox Solutions are collaborating with a prominent Construction and Civil Engineering company renowned for delivering high-quality projects in the UK and Ireland.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new residential project in Monaghan Town, reporting directly to the Contracts Manager. As a critical member of the site management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient project delivery and supporting the development of our personnel.
* Manage the site's short-term construction schedule to optimize efficiency and adherence to timelines.
* Enforce Health and Safety policies and procedures on-site.
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors, team members, and resolve on-site issues as they arise.
* E nsure project completion to a high specification, maintaining clear communication with relevant departments.
* Handle all project documentation and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS), policies, and procedures.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering and Management or equivalent (desired).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction.
* Proficiency in MS Project, Word, and Excel.
* Full driving license and relevant site certifications required.
