Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner at Marsh
Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Human Resource team in Ireland. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy enterprise-wide HR programs and initiatives. Provide guidance and support to Managers across the full range of activities in the HR portfolio, including performance management, skills and competence development and learning, succession planning, absent/leave management, change management, organizational effectiveness, compensation, benefits and total rewards.
Employee Relations:
Support employee relations matters including investigations, performance improvement processes, disciplinary actions, grievances, appeals etc. Engage with the Employee Relations CoE for advice and support when necessary.
Collaboration and Communication:
Cultivate strong relationships with functional teams (Finance, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and Benefits) and support the alignment between the people and business strategies. Participate in interviews for senior roles and support People Managers with onboarding new hires.
Coaching and Development:
Coach less experienced HR Business Partners. Consult and partner with the wider HR network and CoEs to determine best practices and continuously improve delivery methods.
Regulatory Compliance:
In cooperation with the Country People Leader and Centres of Expertise, ensure that regulatory and statutory requirements are met, including reporting requirements.
Requirements:
Relevant work experience in HR alongside suitable qualifications. Client management skills, effective communications and change management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and complex matrix organization. Strong analytical skills and numeracy. Experience in Total Rewards/Compensation and Benefits would be a strong plus. Thorough understanding of Irish Employment Law and Regulations.
