Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver groundworks on time and within budget according to the construction program.
* Assess work activities, plan resources, and coordinate site staff and subcontractors to meet deadlines.
* Liaise with the design team, project manager, and stakeholders to coordinate daily operations.
* Manage site labor, materials, and documentation in accordance with company policy.
* Provide training and technical advice to the site team.
The successful candidate will have:
* A degree or higher qualification in a relevant field (or equivalent trade experience).
* Background in residential developments.
* Knowledge of building regulations and certification standards.
* A strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
