About the Team & Business Line:
Transformation Office strives to create a consistent ability to standardize and optimize our organization at all times. By bringing together subject matter expertise across process, platform and line of business, we provide clear direction and governance to change, positioning CFS to continually evolve & scale to the changing market dynamics, to our business demands and to our client needs.
As a core member of our Transformation Office, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver the most effective and efficient solutions for our clients and our business.
Your Role:
* Oversee the roll-out of large-scale business transformation initiatives within the assigned portfolio, focusing on solutions that can be leveraged across all LOBs (Lines of Business).
* Collaborate with Transformation Office leadership to translate business strategies and goals into executable projects.
* Collaborate with counterpart Portfolio Managers in Transformation Office to ensure cross dependencies and hand-offs are known and managed.
* Day to day oversight of the project managers in your assigned portfolio to ensure project plans are updated, risks and issues are documented and mitigated, resources are available, and status reporting is complete.
* Attend relevant project team meetings and chair Portfolio meetings to obtain updates, unblock issues, identify escalations and ensure plans are tracking to baselined timeframes.
* Work directly with Business Development to play an active role in client pitches by effectively demonstrating and communicating Transformations Office’s expertise, best practices and technological solutions.
* Attend and contribute to the Transformation Office BOC SteerCo.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams responsible for project delivery, process improvement, platform and technology integration ensuring alignment with overall strategic vision.
* Lead and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement with Transformation Office.
* Motivate people by creating a high-performance environment that is both challenging and exciting.
* Manage and oversee staffing requirements, coordinate and oversee staffing, hiring, coaching and development of team members.
* Create & deliver presentations tailored to internal and client senior leadership teams.
About You:
* 10+ years of industry experience.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experienced in leading business transformation initiatives (preferred).
* Strong understanding of technology trends and their application in industry.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
* Ability to be creative and innovative.
* Ability to influence and persuade.
* Professional Certificate, Bachelor, Master level degree.
* Client facing experience in financial service industry (preferred).
