Customer Service Agent
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Handling customer inquiries.
2. Dealing with customer interactions via email and phone.
3. Processing customer orders.
4. Sending order confirmations to customers.
5. Liaising between customers and the production department on any queries.
6. Liaising with the production and sales teams to ensure delivery of customer expectations.
7. Chasing deliveries and providing tracking details.
8. Providing quotations to customers.
9. Assisting both finance, production, and sales departments in general day-to-day operations.
10. General day-to-day office administration.
Experience:
1. A resident of the Republic of Ireland with full approval for permanent work within Ireland & EU.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
3. Good organisational, time management, and administration skills.
4. Good knowledge of Office 365 products (Outlook, Excel, Word).
5. Efficient data entry skills.
6. Previous experience in a customer service or administration role is desirable.
7. Flexible team player with a focus on achieving the company’s objectives.
