Lily's Childcare require a manager for their service in Saggart, Co. Dublin.
Remuneration:
Salary 40,000 per annum plus Christmas Bonus

Roles and Responsibilities
7. Hire, train, and supervise childcare staff, ensuring qualifications meet Tusla requirements
8. Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development
9. Implement age-appropriate programs for ECCE and SAC
10. Align curriculum with Aistear and Síolta standards, incorporating diverse activities
11. Ensure compliance with Tusla and DCEDIY regulations
12. Maintain licenses and certifications, and conduct regular safety inspections
13. Support CEO of Saggart SCC with the maintenance and safety of the premises
14. Manage inventory of educational materials and equipment
15. Build positive relationships with parents, providing regular updates
16. Organise parent meetings and family engagement events
17. Connect with local schools and community organisations
18. Ensure childrens physical, emotional, and developmental well-being
19. Implement behaviour management and child protection policies
20. Manage enrolment and maintain accurate records
21. Ensure GDPR compliance
22. Implement best practices and new policies based on current research
The successful candidate must have
23. Experience working within a Pre-School Childcare setting essential
24. QQI ELC Level 8 Qualification essential
25. Excellent team player
26. Excellent communication and presentation skills
27. Continuous improvement advocate
