Our client is an entrepreneurial SME who are currently undergoing substantial growth. They are now seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant or Bookkeeper to report to the Financial Controller and assist with all aspects of the finance function.
Roles and responsibilities: Assist with the preparation of monthly management accountsReporting of accounts payable and receivableResponsible for bank processing and reconciliationPurchase orders, supplier invoices and dealing with supplier queriesGenerate management reportsVAT return processing and ensuring compliance to filing deadlinesPayroll ProcessingReporting monthly expenses and invoicesAd hoc duties and general administration as requiredEssential Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar roleExperience with Xero Software is an advantageMust have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlinesSelf-motivated individual with ability to work on own initiativeExcellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
