Michael Grant Motors currently wishes to recruit a full-time Receptionist/Administrator to join our expanding team based in Harolds Cross, Dublin 6W.
As the first point of contact for customers, you will assist in ensuring that all customers who contact or visit Michael Grant Motors receive an exceptional level of personalised and professional service. There is a large element of administrative work associated with this role.
The successful candidate will ideally:
1. have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role
2. exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. excel at understanding, anticipating and meeting customer needs
4. possess strong IT skills
5. be efficient, with good organisational skills and attention to detail
6. work well as part of a team
7. be flexible in their approach to work
8. previous experience within the motor industry is desirable, but not essential
