My client is on an exciting growth path and is looking to hire a dynamic Aftersales Manager to drive and enhance customer support and service functions across Ireland.
Job Objective:
As Aftersales Manager, you will lead, manage, and coordinate all aftersales activities, including parts, training, retail servicing, and customer support.
Your role will focus on providing exceptional customer service, driving parts and service sales, and managing the mobile service team to ensure consistent delivery of high standards in the territory.
Core Responsibilities:
Ensure excellent customer service across all aftersales operations, owning customer issues from start to resolution.
Act as the primary point of contact for service and parts enquiries, ensuring smooth technician bookings and parts identification.
Manage and lead the mobile service team and internal technicians, organising daily schedules to meet customer needs.
Develop and execute retail parts and service strategies, focusing on growth, service levels, and market share expansion.
Lead parts promotions, marketing programs, and local initiatives to boost sales and brand awareness.
Oversee pricing policies and ensure competitiveness in the market, responding proactively to market needs.
Work closely with the General Manager on action plans, departmental budgets, and strategic objectives.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Strong technical knowledge in engines, hydraulics, and electrics.
Proven experience in aftersales management, service coordination, and team leadership.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong customer-facing abilities.
Strong organisational and administrative skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment, with a strategic mindset.
