This role is based at a client site in Cork City. It is an on-site role and the primary deliverable of Facilities Maintenance Planner is the management of all assets held in the CAFM system, primarily in the areas of Mechanical, Electrical and Building Fabric. A key function of the service is to ensure maintenance is performed to be compliant to ISO and Client standards. The Asset Registers are to be managed so they are current and audit ready.
Key Roles/Responsibilities
* Development and maintenance of change control process for asset registers
* Working with multiple vendors on the development of maintenance work orders
* Ensuring existing job plans are current and relevant within Tririga
* Working with project managers to add or retire assets as required
* Reviewing, validating and approving changes to the CAFM system
* Creating new PPM records as reqd and communicating cost implications (if any)
* Maintenance of PPM records on shared files
* Providing direction to vendors as needed to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Scheduling routine meetings with key internal RE&D department stakeholders
* Provision of reports as necessary for RE&D management
* Identification of opportunities for increased operational and cost efficiencies
Key Requirements
* Bachelors Degree in Engineering
* 3+ years experience working in Facilities Engineering/Planning
* Experience in Asset Management is desirable
* Strong Communication/Stakeholder Management Skills
