The Role As a Financial Controller, you'll be the senior finance lead across both the Cork based manufacturing facility and the Irish commercial division.
This is a critical leadership role where you'll combine hands-on financial control with long-term strategic thinking.
From industrial cost management to commercial business partnering, you'll provide the insights and direction that underpin sustainable, profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities: Manufacturing & Industrial Finance Lead all aspects of plant financial control, reporting, and compliance.
Partner with operations to drive productivity and cost efficiency.
Own budgeting, forecasting, and CapEx planning for industrial operations.
Monitor key metrics, including production variance, material usage, and waste.
Commercial Finance & Business Partnering Oversee FP&A for the commercial function and influence investment decisions.
Support pricing strategies, customer profitability, and marketing ROI.
Manage financial planning across SKUs and business units.
Provide robust, insight-driven reporting to steer business strategy.
Leadership & Governance Deliver strong financial stewardship across both business arms.
Improve reporting tools and processes for better transparency and impact.
Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across the business.
What We're Looking For Prior senior finance experience within FMCG, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
Proven leadership in financial strategy, P&L ownership, and business partnering.
Strong technical expertise in IFRS, local GAAP, SAP, and Hyperion.
Deep understanding of cost control, forecasting, and CapEx evaluation.
Highly commercial, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
