We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Hotel Manager to join our dynamic team at a bustling 4-star hotel. Salary: €50,000 - €55,000 DOE Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day management of the hotel's food and beverage operations. Collaborate with department heads to ensure exceptional guest service across all outlets. Monitor operational performance, ensuring adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to achieve departmental goals. Lead, train, and motivate F&B teams to deliver outstanding service. Support the planning and execution of events, conferences, and banquets. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. Requirements: Proven experience in a senior food and beverage management role, preferably within a hotel setting. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management. A proactive and hands-on approach with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
